As an executive and non-executive director, I’ve strengthened good governance, developed and implemented successful organisational strategies, driven culture change, and re-designed organisations for long-term impact.

As a facilitator, coach and mentor, I’ve used my lived and professional experience together with my training as a counsellor to help individuals and teams find their ‘why’, overcome challenges, spark new ideas, and drive action. Much of my work today involves providing critical issue support for senior leaders, helping them make and communicate decisions.e
